About the Product
We thought we'd share our favorite sunflower oil alternative in light of the current shortage. Safflower oil!
While the similar names are a helpful indicator, there are many other reasons that make these two wonderful oils so similar and terrific addition to your home!
1. Both oils are low in saturated fatty acids, which can raise heart disease and cholesterol risk factors.
2. Both are rich in oleic acid, which can help prevent cholesterol transfer.
3. While Sunflower has a higher concentration both are rich in vitamin E.
