T O U S E

Diffuser: Add 3"“5 Drops of HBNO™ Garden Dreams per 100 ml of water.
Topical: Dilute HBNO™ Garden Dreams in the carrier oil of your choice, 4-6 drops per tablespoon of carrier oil.

Carrier Oil Suggestions: Almond, Hemp, MCT, Jojoba, Apricot, Argan or Olive Oil.
