A B O U T

Also known as the "Prince of Citrus" the bergamot plant is native to Italy, this oil has a delightful citrusy sweet floral aroma. It is primarily used in perfumery, soaps, cosmetic and personal care products. This natural oil is effective is reducing feelings of stress, helping uplift & calm the mind.

Frankincense essential oil is an excellent addition to cosmetic applications, personal care formulations, soaps, perfumery, incense, candles, and aromatherapy.

U S E S

Caution: Do not put Bergamot essential oil directly on your skin full-strength. It must be diluted in a carrier (either oil or soap) first.
Carrier oil suggestions: Almond, Hemp, MCT, Jojoba, Apricot, Sunflower and Olive Oils.

In a Diffuser: Add 3-5 drops of Bergamot essential oil for every 100 ml of water.

Refreshing Spray: Add 1 teaspoon of Bergamot essential oil to 1 cup of water in a spray bottle. Spray the surface, let it sit for a few minutes, then wipe. Shake the bottle well before each use.
