ABOUT 

Organic Frankincense has been utilized throughout antiquity, including references to the three wise men bestowing the precious resin on Jesus. The Middle East, Northern Africa, and India are the primary producers. Boswellia Serrata, an Indian variety, has a thinner consistency and a stronger aroma than its siblings (carterii, frereana, etc). It is thought to be a highly therapeutic oil. 

Organic Frankincense essential oil is known for reducing apparent signs of aging by acting as an astringent (tightening the skin and providing a supple youthful appearance) and encouraging cellular regeneration. This essential oil is anti-inflammatory and antiseptic, making it a must-have. 
The ability of Organic Frankincense essential oil to enhance the immune system by creating excess T-Lymphocytes (white blood cells) and stimulating the lymphatic system has been demonstrated. 

Organic Frankincense essential oil is an excellent addition to cosmetic applications, personal care formulations, soaps, perfumery, incense, candles, and aromatherapy.

USES

Caution: Do not put Organic Frankincense essential oil directly on your skin full-strength. It must be diluted in a carrier (either oil or soap) first. 
Carrier oil suggestions: Almond, Hemp, MCT, Jojoba, Apricot, Sunflower, and Olive Oils.

For Skin and Hair Use: Dilute 1% (5-6 drops) of Organic Frankincense essential oil per ounce of your favorite carrier oil. 

In the Bath: Mix 1 TBSP of liquid body wash and 5-6 drops of Organic Frankincense essential oil. Once the bath is drawn, add the dilution into the water and mix it well.

In a Diffuser: Add 3-5 drops of Organic Frankincense essential oil for every 100 ml of water.

Refreshing Spray: Add 1 teaspoon of Organic Frankincense essential oil to 1 cup of water in a spray bottle. Spray the surface, let it sit for a few minutes, then wipe. Shake the bottle well before each use.
