1. How do I use your products?
A: Essential oils and carrier oils can be used in a variety of applications. We recommend you research the oil you are interested in to find the best method of application.
2. Are your products for internal use?
A: All our products are sold for external use only due to the inherent volatile nature of essential oils and the liabilities associated with internal consumption. All our oils are 100% pure. The only product you may use as internal is our Black Seed Oil, Virgin,Unrefined Soft Gels!
3. How long is shipping?
A: We normally take between 3 - 5 business days to process an order. Time in transit is 1-7 days via Fed Ex Ground depending on your location.
4. Are your oils 100% pure and natural?
A: All our products are 100% pure and natural. Quality is guaranteed or your money back.
5. What if the contents are damaged or missing?
A: Contact us immediately and we will rectify the situation.
6. How will I know when my order has shipped?
A: Your tracking number and order information will be sent to the email you provided once your item has been shipped.
7. What are the oils shipped in?
A: Essential oils are shipped in sealed food grade epoxy lined aluminum. These bottles are of exceptional quality and offer lightweight and protective packing as to ensure your order arrives undamaged. The interior is lined with a food grade epoxy as to protect the aluminum from leeching into the oil. Carrier oils are packaged in HDPE plastic. Orders of 1 and 5 gallons are packaged in sturdy food grade sealed HDPE plastic pails which are UN rated. Drums are in stainless steel. If you have a preference of bottle type please enter your comments in the checkout box and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
8. Can I return the product if I do not like it?
A: If for whatever reason you are not fully satisfied with the product you have the option to return for a full refund, as long as the product has not been opened. We do not accept returns on items that have been used and/or opened.
